Fees for educational services
Every student has their individual account number in EUR. The number and the balance are visible in USOS Web.
The payments have to be made in EUR.
Exceending the deadline causes adding the interest.

Student’s card
From 2019/2020 academic year, according to the Rector’s Order No. 18 from 8th May 2019, there has been change on the payment for issuing some documents to students and graduates of first and second cycle programmes at SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
The payment for student’s card (22,00 zł) must be done in PLN into the individual account in PLN, visible in the Virtual Dean’s Office. Students that started studies earlier and need to get a duplicate, are asked to contact the relevant assistant in Dean’s Office.
The fee for it’s duplicate in case of loss of the card or change of the data is 33,00 zł.
The fees for the issuance of certain documents are set out in the Rector’s Order No. 18 of 8 May 2019.
- Delay in payments
Any delay in the payment of a fee or part thereof, or the payment of an incomplete amount, will result in the University charging statutory interest for late payment on the outstanding amount.
At the documented request of a student, in situations justified by the student’s difficult life situation, the appropriate dean of studies may agree to postpone the payment deadline for educational services, but the payment deadline may not extend beyond the period of study to which the fee applies. The application should be submitted by the interested party to the appropriate dean’s office at least 14 days before the payment deadline.

Invoices can be issued within 3 months since the moment of payment. To get the invoice write a request with all the necessary data addressed to Undergraduate Dean’s Office and bring it together with the proof of payment.
